- Confirm the application is connected through Nexo, not directly to MongoDB.
- Confirm the intended environment and pipeline are selected.
- Compare the desired revision with the active runtime revision.
- Check whether publication or activation failed.
- Verify component order and match conditions.
- Test an operation that unambiguously exercises the policy.
- Confirm the component is supported for the active product version and command.
Use a minimal test pipeline to isolate matching and ordering. Do not test destructive rejection or transformation rules first against production traffic.
