Troubleshooting

Start with the visible symptom:

• Connection is refused or times out
• Authentication fails
• TLS handshake fails
• Pipeline has no effect
• Latency or errors increase

Safe diagnostic bundle

Collect:

• timestamp and timezone;
• Nexo version and active pipeline revision;
• client and driver version;
• MongoDB version and topology;
• sanitized error text;
• affected operation type;
• whether direct MongoDB connectivity works;
• relevant health and event output.

Remove credentials, connection strings containing secrets, customer data, private keys, and access tokens before sharing diagnostics.
